By submitting this form and participating in the KDepresso introduction process, you agree to the following:

1. Honesty & Accuracy: You confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and submitted in good faith with the intention of pursuing marriage.

2. Privacy & Confidentiality: All personal data, photos, and communication will be handled with care and shared only with carefully selected potential matches. Your information will never be made public.

3. Use of Photos: By uploading a photo, you give permission for it to be shown privately and exclusively to individuals who match your criteria.

4. Introductions Are Not Guaranteed: While every effort will be made to find a suitable introduction, submission does not guarantee an introduction.

5. Payment & Refund Policy: All payments are non-refundable, as they cover time, effort, and personalized review of your profile.

6. Respectful Communication: Both parties are expected to engage respectfully and in line with Islamic etiquette.

7. Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to deny or discontinue service at any time if a participant is found to be dishonest or disrespectful.

8. Age Requirement: All applicants must be 18 years or older.

9. Data Protection: Your data is stored securely on servers inside Saudi Arabia in compliance with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time, and to withdraw your consent to its processing at any time. Withdrawing consent or requesting deletion will end your participation in the introduction process. Your personal data is retained for up to two years, or until you request its deletion, whichever comes first, after which it is securely erased. 10. What a Potential Match Sees: When we present an introduction, the other person is shown a limited profile: your first name, age, height, occupation, education level, city and country of residence, marriage history, children status, smoking status, hobbies, self-described character traits and ambitions, sect, religiosity, niqab status, tribal affiliation, your personal statement, and your photo. Your full name and contact details are never included. Your photo is shown once, for a limited time, and cannot be saved or viewed again through the platform; we cannot prevent someone from capturing their own screen, so this is a courtesy protection, not a guarantee. This profile is shown when the introduction is presented, before either person has responded, so each can make an informed decision. Some details (sect, religiosity, and tribal affiliation) are sensitive personal data under the PDPL, and by agreeing to these terms you consent to their being shared in this specific, limited way.
